stores as distinct from the management of Stores Accounts.
On my arrival the late Hon: S. Brown explained
that the Thiru Clerk who was storeman, had resigned and he
would be glad ii I woul look after the work until the va-
Cancy was filled.
At his request I recommenueu a man suitable for
the post which hau a salary of $1080 attached to it.
The post was not filled, anu has since been abo-
lished.
